Idea
"SELF-AWARENESS" is the prerequisite for being aware of your own feelings and needs in order to be able to communicate and live them - with an appreciative and non-judgmental inner attitude towards yourself and other people.
Mindfulness means getting to know possibilities and learning ways to access inner peace and strength.
Goal
One aim is to learn how to deal with stress so that we can better tolerate and reduce it.
Contents
Short theoretical introduction to the topic of mindfulness, with the focus on practice, which includes the following exercises:
- Breathing exercises
- body scan
- Sitting meditation
- Walking meditation
- Mindfulness walk
Methods
A valuable part of the seminar is the personal exchange with each other after the exercises.
No previous experience of mindfulness and meditation is required for the seminar. People with physical disabilities are very welcome.
