Idea
Carers are subject to strong pressure from many sides, which makes it difficult for them to protect their own fundamental interests. In order to protect their mental health, their well-being, their needs and their identity from burning out, they too must draw boundaries. This is a task that is not easy for many "empathy practitioners" in palliative care, but one that sustainably improves the quality of their interactions with patients and also gives them more serenity.
On the follow-up day, we will review the topics and reflect on them using examples we have brought with us. We will bring in our own experiences from applying what we have learned in the meantime and discuss any questions that arise.
