Idea

Conflicts in the workplace tie up a lot of energy that is no longer available for the actual work process. That is why you should not simply ignore conflicts or be content with giving well-meaning advice to the conflicting parties. Unfortunately, conflicts within the company are still considered taboo and a failure. Yet conflicts hold great potential for further development and high productivity if you only know how to deal with them. In this seminar, you will learn practical tools to recognize conflicts in good time and resolve them successfully in the future. This will help you to strengthen your conflict management skills and achieve results in which everyone can be a winner.

In addition, we will examine our own behavioral patterns time and again and try out concrete ways of communicating calmly and thus reducing our stress in the long term. Together we will work out which behaviors and tricks we can use without losing authenticity.
