Goal
Practice supervisors accompany trainees, participants in further training and new employees in their professional practice. They train new employees and junior staff in a structured and systematic manner, coordinate and initiate individual learning processes. As reference persons, they identify learning needs, plan and design learning situations on the basis of vocational pedagogical knowledge and evaluate learning success. They advise, assess and evaluate, for example, the individual learning status at the end of an assignment or during practical examinations. They form an important link between theoretical and practical training for trainees and participants in further training.
