The position of a ward or department manager is multifaceted and complex: they are supervisors and partners, they make decisions and implement the corporate strategy in their teams.
Leadership is fundamental to maintaining and promoting employee and patient satisfaction.
Goal
Objectives and focus of the training:
- Proud leaders who develop into their new role
- Professional group-specific characterization with direct homework of leadership tasks
- Implementing an innovative project in their own area of work related to a leadership topic
- Developing the ability to act, i.e.

The contents are based on the guidelines of the DKG

Methods
The management qualification is carried out on a part-time basis. It includes
- attendance times
- work shadowing
- Completion of a project with presentation of results
The qualification concludes with a certificate. It is based on regular participation in the seminars, work shadowing and project work with a short final presentation.
Internet access is required for successful participation in the course.
