Goal
Professional de-escalation management according to ProDeMa® is based on a patented, practice-oriented, comprehensive, evaluated and successful in-house prevention, action and training concept. The safety of employees from psychological and physical injuries caused by attacks or assaults, as well as the care and support of people with challenging, defensive or aggressive behavior or in special life situations, are central objectives of the training.
