Idea
Self-knowledge makes a significant contribution to personal development and is a prerequisite for successful action.
A coherent self-image is made up of the internal perspective, i.e. my self-image, and the external perspective, the external image. Feedback enables us and others to consciously shape our own self-image and bring our lived values in line with our behavior.
Feedback is often referred to in the literature as a gift. From a professional point of view, it serves to share perceived strengths and potential for improvement, to which personal development goals can be aligned as required. In addition, feedback gives us the opportunity to gain an insight into the impact of our own behavior, which can lead to the development and strengthening of our personality.
In this seminar on the topic of "Feedback (culture)", we would like to show you how you can change your impact on others and how you can give feedback that creates value.
