Idea

Team leaders today face a variety of challenges. The shortage of specialist staff, chronic understaffing in many facilities and the changing understanding of leadership demand a wide range of skills from team leaders. The team leader must act individually, create a supportive team culture and at the same time achieve ambitious goals. The leadership position plays a key role in success, but must also be trained accordingly. The seminar offers tools to empower team leaders for current challenges and to act from a healthy self-reflection. A healthy balance is struck between theory and practice.
