Transformational Leadership

Embedded in the magnet hospital model and in the development of a common leadership culture at UKHD, the transformational leadership style is to be sustainably anchored in the day-to-day management of all ward managers, functional service managers and their deputies. The aim of this seminar is to create an in-depth understanding of the transformational leadership style, to reflect on personal leadership behavior and to critically question one's own thought patterns.

In addition, practical approaches are developed in order to develop concrete measures for the implementation of the transformational leadership style in everyday professional life and to further develop leadership skills in a targeted manner.
