A seminar for more assertiveness
Idea
What should you do if you are treated inappropriately by patients, relatives or colleagues? Or if you are obviously insulted? It's boiling inside you! Now you need a quick-witted response. But unfortunately you can't think of anything suitable. However, if you just swallow personal attacks, you are signaling to the aggressors "that they can do it to you".
Goal
On the first day of the seminar, you will learn how to demonstrate your resilience in a professional manner with quick-witted answers. On the second day, you will learn how to assert yourself better in the familiar power games of everyday professional life. The same applies here: "Don't let them get you down!" See through manipulation strategies and intimidation attempts and find ways to better assert your position with mutual respect.
