Idea
Dealing with difficult people is often much more stressful than the actual work. It can be draining and take the joy out of work. No matter who is particularly hard on your nerves, whether they are know-it-alls, naysayers, grumblers, stubborn people, bumblers, indifferent people, busybodies or mimosas, they all pose a major challenge to our professionalism.
Goal
In this seminar, you will learn how to "take the wind out of the sails" of so-called difficult people and how to deal better with anger and stress personally. At the end of the seminar, you may even be curious to meet up with your previous "problem cases" again and realize that cooperation will run more smoothly in future.
