This training course is aimed exclusively at clinical staff at Heidelberg University Hospital.

For some years now, the hospital has been working successfully with the instrument of the annual employee appraisal. In this dialog between employees and their superiors, the working conditions and work content can be reviewed. The meeting also includes a review of the goals set and the definition of new agreements for the following year.

In this seminar, we will introduce you to the service agreement on annual employee appraisals and all the necessary documents. You will receive valuable tips on how to prepare and implement these meetings.
