Everyone knows popular sayings such as: "Laughter is the best medicine" or "Humor is when you laugh anyway
". But how can you keep the fun in your work in times of stress, overload
and understaffing? Especially in the workplace
it is important to retain or rediscover the sense of humor that everyone has
. Sometimes this sense has just been hiding under the flood of work, responsibility
and hectic pace and wants to be found!
The seminar is very practice-oriented. Participants are shown how
they can react more humorously, creatively, relaxed and confidently to everyday situations
. Because it is precisely when we need humor the most that it
leaves us the quickest - when we are stressed. The aim of the seminar is to consciously develop and preserve humor as a valuable
resource for everyday life. This will enable you to react more calmly in
stressful situations and increase your own resilience.
